I'm re-listening to my favorite series, Richard Kadrey's Sandman Slim. It's an urban fantasy series about a magician who comes back from Hell and winds up being an antihero in LA. It's very Christian-mythology-based but in a lot of really interesting ways, I love it. And the narrator for the audiobooks is excellent, he captures the voice perfectly. (They're told in first person, so that's particularly important.) It's kind of a comfort series for me, I always go back to it when I need to find myself again. The only downside is that the main character smokes and talks about it a lot and my hyperempathy makes me want cigarettes lol.
