I am way too excited about my new computer keyboard

So for Christmas I was given the Commodore 64 styled version of 8bitdo's Retro Mechanical Keyboard and the matching 10 key.

And look at these things. They're gorgeous. And look great with the Commodore 1702 monitor that I literally still use in my setup.

Also the C64 version comes with a programmable joystick and giant buttons which are deeply satisfying to use. I can navigate Excel with a joystick and slam a giant red button to lock the screen.

It is glorious.

The 10 key pad also has an LCD and can work as a calculator.

I am seriously having too much fun typing stuff.

I adore the separate numberpad. ALSO THERE ARE DIALS! MULTIPLE DIALS!

There are magnets in the keyboard and the numberpad so if they're on a flat surface together, they snap in place next to eachother.

do the doom buttons also snap in to place or are they meant to keep their distance?

Kimberlee They don't snap to the keyboard, but they do snap to the side of the joystick if I put them together (and any other button accessories if I ordered another set -- the keyboard has four ports for the buttons. The Joystick takes up two, so I could technically add another pair if I wanted)

what would you use the other buttons for if you were to procure such treasures?

In theory I could program some macros. Or bind some other random windows shortcuts.
