This morning...

This morning I had to suddenly brake three times in a row within two blocks while driving home from the grocery store.

The first time for a crow that flew right in front of my truck.
The second time for two deer that decided to take a stroll in the road.
The third time for a cop looking for speeders.

Nature is healing.

deer are annoying. over here they're less in the road and more barking warning or mating calls all. fucking. night. long.

our road creatures are pheasants, and it is currently pheasant call of the void season. we have to dodge them on the daily.
