mooching about art galleries, followed by drinks. the galleries are about a half mile walk from the train station so ... a bit of on my feet? but it's not like a brisk walk, just a bit of a stroll to the arts quarter of the city. but also there's wandering thru the gallery. even tho it's not a huge amount of walking/standing, the platforms are heavy. and there's stairs to navigate.
(the platforms make me 6'2 so there is also the fun aspect of being able to give him forehead kisses and hair ruffles which amuses me, and i feel like a fabulous amazon at that height - but also I am shorter than him in the docs and I like getting forehead kisses and hair ruffles).
this is why I am stuck lol. pretty and perfect for look, tall and able to give forehead kisses. or less pretty and more practical, can work with look, normal height and able to get forehead kisses.
every time I am like "yes! these shoes!" my brain counters me lol.
